Thursday

8:30-9:30 am: Gentle Yoga ~ Laura (IN PERSON ONLY) 

10–11 am: Core Focused Yoga ~ Laura

Friday

10-11 am: General Level ~ Jane

Sunday

2-4 pm:  Ropes Wall Workshop (Feb 9 2025 only) ~ Laura

3-4:30 pm: Restorative Yoga (Jan 19, Feb 16 & Mar 16 2025 only) ~ Laura
