6-7:15 pm: Introductory/Beginner Series ~ NEW 4/8/25-6/10/25 (10 weeks) ~ Jane & Carla (IN PERSON ONLY) 

Wednesday 

10-11 am: General Level ~ Kirsten (IN PERSON ONLY)

6-7 pm: General Level ~ Jane, Kirsten & Laura

Thursday

6:30-7:30 am: Rise & Shine ~ Carla ~(BEGINS 4/3/25)

8:30-9:30 am: Gentle Yoga ~ Laura ~(IN PERSON ONLY) 

10–11 am: Core Focused Yoga ~ Laura ~ (Last class 3/27/25)

Friday

10-11 am: General Level ~ Jane

Sunday
